In 2016 Gatwick opened its doors to representatives of the local community at a series of events where they could learn more about Gatwick and how we are leading the way in enhancing the experience of our passengers and in managing a highly efficient and responsible airport.

We value good relationships with our neighbours and the wider community across the region and these events provide an important opportunity for open dialogue. The feedback from attendees at these events was very positive, so we are now launching our Discover Gatwick programme for 2017/18. Uckfield Chamber members are invited to attend one of these ‘behind the scenes’ events to learn more about the operational aspects of the airport on Tuesday 10th October (9am-2pm).

The agenda will allow time for questions and discussion as this provides an important opportunity for us to understand the key areas of interest from community representatives.
