Uckfield Chamber
The objectives of the Chamber:
To advise businesses and industries of Uckfield and District.
To encourage and support measures to improve the social and economical conditions of the community.
To liaise with representatives of outside bodies in business interests affecting the town and district generally.

Meetings are held regularly where current local issues are discussed. Members will also speak on their specialised subjects to assist in a better understanding of topical issues.
These have included stakeholder pensions, budget changes and the internet.
The Chamber is actively involved with many local issues including flood prevention, litter and public hygiene and on a more cheerful note, the Christmas lights.
