We continue with our established fortnightly online networking event; the meeting will last an hour but obviously, an advantage of such meetings is that is does allow people to ‘dip in and out’. That said, please aim to sign-in for a 8.00am start. Each attendee will be given one minute to share about their business before we introduce our guest speaker, Chamber member Paul Matthews of Insight6, the local Customer Experience specialists will be speaking to us about customer feedback. Paul’s session will cover why feedback is important and how it can be used to improve the operational delivery of your business as well as generate new customers too. The talk will include Paul’s 5 top tips when it comes to gathering customer feedback.
It’s an opportunity to ask any business-related questions to the current situation. Using Zoom, we have a ‘Chat’ facility so questions can be typed and we will endeavour to answer them or at least, point you in the right direction. Best practice also suggests that you should ‘mute’ your microphone when not speaking to avoid unnecessary background noise.
We will next meet in this format approximately a fortnight later so the next date, that can be pencilled in is Tuesday 22 June and at lunchtime for a 1pm start.
Free to attend and no need to book a place; just turn up online on time. Members will be emailed the link and password to join the meeting. Non-member guests are welcome to attend by emailing a request to join to email@example.com
