Chamber Christmas events have a rich tradition and 2025 will be no different, with a glittering gala three-course dinner amongst colleagues, in the opulent surroundings of Buxted Park Hotel.
We have gone early this year, when choosing a date, of Friday 28 November so as to avoid clashes with the busy December calendar. Allow the Chamber to organise your work Christmas ‘Do’ so you don’t have to! Dress to impress with Black Tie or very smart Lounge Suit for an unforgettable evening.
Arrival from 6.45pm for pre dinner drinks will allow you to soak up the festive atmosphere, as the hotel never fail to impress with their Christmas decorations. Dinner will be served from 7.30pm, with choices from the hotel’s festive menu, to suit all tastes, detailed below…

Roast Sussex Turkey, roast potato, roasted maple parsnips, Brussel sprouts, cranberry sticky red cabbage, roast root vegetable, pigs in blanket, sage stuffing and turkey jus (DF, GF) / Parsley herb crusted salmon trout fillet, saffron chive marsh, samphire, roasted baby carrots, white wine tarragon butter cream sauce. We will provide entertainment throughout the evening with magician and entertainer, Bertie Pearce, and of course, a disco to dance away until midnight, for those with plenty of energy, to all those well known Christmas tunes, with Rezon8 Disco DJ Carl Staples!
