Our bi-monthly members’ meetings are the flagship meeting within our calendar (for members only) and we are delighted to return to the beautiful Horsted Place Hotel for our members’ meeting, on Thursday 16 July 2026. The venue, in their Garden Room overlooking the croquet lawn, is quickly becoming one of our favourite meetings of the year, returning just 12 months since our last visit.
Upon arrival from 6.00pm, you’ll be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine or an alternative soft drink and throughout the evening you’ll have the opportunity of buying additional drinks from their bar. As usual at our members’ meetings, you’ll enjoy half an hour of open networking until 6.30pm before the formal meeting. We are pleased to welcome, as our speaker Emma Ridley, of the Employability & Skills team at East Sussex County Council. The Employment & Skills team deliver a wide range of programmes that support both adults and young people to develop their skills. A buffet will be served following the meeting at around 7.30pm, to allow for more informal networking, and if it’s a nice evening (which it often is at this time of year) enjoy your food and drink on the terrace.
Tickets for this one are priced at £10 plus booking fee and are subsidised by the Chamber. Our members can book their places immediately following the May event.
