Dining out during the festive season is, of course, a tradition and we are fortunate to have a wealth of great venues from which to choose here in Uckfield. At the Chamber we alternate between an evening, more formal, event and a lunchtime Christmas meal, with the opportunity in 2026 to enjoy a three-course festive lunch at the popular Highlands Inn.
The Highlands offer a wide choice to suit all tastes and dietary requirements and we hope that many of our members will join us to celebrate in style, with all the trimmings, this year on Friday 11 December. We’ll meet at 12.30pm for drinks before sitting down at 1.00pm for lunch. Choose between two or three courses, for £31.50 or £37.50 respectively, and book your choices, placing your order directly on line, following the instructions below.

- Ordering for more than one guest? If you are ordering for more than one person:

• Add each guest’s name and dietary requirements
• Please make sure you add their details before selecting their meals
Then use the + button to choose one dish per course for each guest. - Place your order
Once you have completed your selections, click ‘Place Order’ and complete your details.
A copy of the completed order will be sent to you, the Chamber and the Highlands.
Drinks can naturally be ordered separately on the day. Upon receipt of your online order, we will invoice members for payment and then settle directly with the venue closer to the date. We do please, ideally, need final numbers three weeks before the date, so by Friday 20 November. So, don’t delay, check that diary, book the time out and place your order.
