Let’s do lunch!
Last year in 2025, we introduced the informal business lunch to add to the existing meeting opportunities for our members and other local businesses. The meeting cycle will continue as bi-monthly and for this second lunch of 2026, we’re pleased to return to the Piltdown Man on the outskirts of town.
Lunch which will be a very informal affair, with no speeches, 60-second elevator pitches or formality. Simply, local Uckfield business folk meeting informally over lunch at one of our Uckfield restaurants. There is ample car parking at the pub.
While we would like you to book online to tell us that you intend to come along, payment will be made individually on the day direct to the pub. The offering this time around is a selection from their burger menu (including a veggie option) for just £16 per head, a reduction on the usual menu price; other lunch options from their menu are available at list price. And drinks are, of course, available to purchase from the bar. We should be all done within an hour or stay for as long as you like!
