Health & Safety is something everybody needs but nobody wants. And especially now with rising costs and business expenses, it is very tempting to put health and safety very much to one side as it doesn’t actually bring any money into your business. You pay an accountant to do your books, web designers for your website, lawyers for your terms and conditions – why would you want to ‘do’ health and safety yourself.

Clearwater Safety have been looking after the health and safety needs of small to medium sized businesses across Sussex for over 10 years.  We work with the owners and managers of businesses who know that they need health and safety advice and support but quite simply do not have the time or the specialist knowledge to do it themselves.

We write health and safety policy documents, all bespoke to your company, and we provide ongoing support either in person or at the end of telephone or email. We can also provide online training courses; these are available through our website.

We work with many businesses in the construction sector, writing their site safety documentation (CPHSP) including their risk assessments and method statements otherwise known as RAMS, and we carry out site inspections to make sure the sites are being run safely. And we help many clients gain accreditation to organisations such as CHAS, SMAS or Constructionline. And finally, we can work with architects or developers who need help with the role of Principal Designer.
