A couple of months ago we provided a quote for two couples travelling on a long weekend to Barcelona. Just as they were ready to book the husband of the one couple came back to me, the day after quoting, advising that he had priced up the exact same flights / hotels online and found it to be £100 less.
“That’s interesting…” I said, and then went on to explain the difference between booking individual elements and a fully protected package not to mention the fantastic service they will receive from Not Just Travel Dreams. To cut a long story short, the booking the clients did themselves, ended in a nightmare! There were no transfers included and with the time of arrival in Barcelona, struggled to find a good option to transfer them to their hotel. There was no luggage allowance upon check-in, so had to pay for their luggage at extreme prices and to top things off, on arrival at the hotel there was no reservation for them and a full hotel! They were forced to find alternative accommodation in the early hours of the morning. The whole weekend ended up costing £700 more than originally quoted!
The couple that booked with Not Just Travel Dreams had no issues, no extras to pay and were even upgraded to a suite on arrival at the hotel!
