My name is Graham Prince; allow me to introduce myself and the services I can offer. In April 1992, I founded Neva Consultants.com Ltd and served as a Director for 28 years.
Based in Piltdown, I developed Neva Consultants into an industry renowned and nationally recognised Vehicle Leasing Company. In 2014 we proudly won three awards including the ‘Overall Business of the Year’ in the Uckfield Business Awards and in 2016 was shortlisted in the “Business Person of the Year” category.
We boasted a £3M turnover, employed over 26 staff and maintained 14 Franchisees. I was also proud to have had 5 apprentices train, gain qualifications and all successfully obtain full time employment.
In 2019 Neva achieved ‘Great Place to Work’ accreditation with 95% of staff stating… ‘this is a great place to work’. In the last three years, I negotiated two transactions that led to me selling my shareholding in November 2019 and exiting Neva Consultants on my terms in January 2020 after assisting in the merger with the new parent Company.
It has been a wonderful journey; however, I now want to start a new chapter in my business career and take this opportunity to work with businesses in the region and enable them to benefit from the experience I have gained.
I believe I could add value to any business looking to expand, introduce a Franchise Network, preparing and finding outside investment, merger or sale. Additionally, I could advise, not only on the business practicalities, but the mental side of any major change that can affect Directors and Shareholders alike.
