Happy Me Dance is a family led business, connecting and energising people through dance, to enable them to live healthier, happier lives. Located in the South East, Happy Me Dance offer dance classes in Uckfield at Horsted Health Spa, East Sussex National Hotel and Tunbridge Wells, which energise the body, mind and spirit. We operate from beautiful locations, with the emphasis on providing a lifestyle experience. The succinct forty five minute sessions offer a cardio blast warm up, followed by cognitive workout via a plethora of pre choreographed routines, rounded off with a cool down stretch to ease any pressure from the day. And there’s something for kids too.
Our Creative Arts programmes are an extension of the dance classes that we have piloted in Tunbridge Wells. They are short courses with selected dates that take place on Sundays at Horsted Health Spa designed to empower children to channel their creative ability and build a tool kit for life. Our experienced patrons from the dance and music industry offer mentoring and networking opportunities for young people looking to pursue a career in these fields and the dance classes offer opportunities to develop their skill set whilst developing their directive and choreographic eye.
For adults, the benefits of taking class are very real. HMD Testimonials report reduced stress levels, greater connectivity, improved confidence levels and resilience and routine as we transition back to face to face life. Founding Director Michelle Clark, describes Dance as being ‘a hobby, career and now a calling’ and for co- founders Neil and Nick, they come to the business with backgrounds in wellbeing and entertainment and a personal interest in the power of movement to ease chronic and long term illness.
