Lauren and Towfique opened Soirée Lounge Bar in December 2021 bringing an elegant lounge style bar to Uckfield, serving a delicious menu of cocktails handcrafted by their team of expert Mixologists. Their bar manager has brought years of knowledge and experience and brings a level of uniqueness to the establishment through creating their own ‘foams’, dehydrating fruits for garnishes, and the added excitement of Flavour Blaster smoke bubbles. Every month the team creates a special Bartenders Choice cocktail to match the season and any relevant events. Along with their extensive range of cocktails, they have a large selection of wines, beers, and spirits on offer. They have a range of bar snacks, including their popular cheeseboards, which is best enjoyed with the bottle of wine!
In 2022, they opened their cocktail garden, which provides a perfect setting for cocktails on a sunny summer afternoon. The garden also has an awning and heating available, along with cosy blankets, to keep warm on the cooler evenings.
Mixology Masterclasses have become very popular and allow a group two hours of entertainment while learning to shake up some of the most popular cocktails, choosing the perfect garnish, and practicing with the Flavour Blaster.
The whole venue is available to hire for private events, which gives the perfect space for celebrating birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, and anything else worth celebrating!
