We do pride ourselves here at Uckfield Chamber that we take our breakfast networking meetings around the town and surrounding villages. Ridgewood Village Hall was the venue on a warm, sunny August Friday morning for this one.
Uckfield Chamber members enjoyed an opportunity to network in the stylish surroundings of Horsted Place Hotel, on one of the warmest evenings of the year. Our bi-monthly evening members' meetings are exclusively for 200 plus membership.
The Uckfield Business Lunch series continues to offer a fresh, informal way to connect – and our latest event was no exception. Held at The Pamper Lounge in Uckfield, this wasn’t your average networking venue…but that’s exactly the point.
Uckfield Chamber members met in Westminster to enjoy a splendid evening of fine dining coupled with tours of the House of Commons, very kindly hosted by our local MP, Mims Davies.
How do you like your eggs in the morning? ‘Served as part of a Full English at a local pub’, we hear you say! Our breakfast networking events are very nearly always on a Friday as it’s a great way to end the working week, and the penultimate Friday of June was no exception.
Who is that person that had most influence on your life as a youngster? If we think back hard enough, we could all probably point to our favourite school teacher! But now, Uckfield Chamber via the Ashdown Radio Community Awards are giving local young people the opportunity to nominate their favourite teacher as we seek to find 'Teacher of the Year' for 2025.
Members of the Uckfield Chamber of Commerce returned to the stunning rural setting of the Bluebell Vineyard for the late spring members’ meeting. Guests were treated to a glass of Bluebell bubbly on arrival, before enjoying some time to network in the relaxed and scenic setting.
